especially with strict 3 hourly milk espression and trying to breastfeed lil'tiger whenever he's awake...
baby can breastfeed well, but he's sleepy most of the time and those time he's really awake, he have no patience pula... today tried twice so far... once b4 his bath, shower funny face then cried for help...second time, after his bath with better success and longer staying period and suck on the right breast... but then, needed more stimulation from the artificial nipple soon after to get another 2 oz to fill him to bed...
what a challenge...
lumimi's bodysuit gonna burst and split... but mie can fit into it today compared to last week...can't even pass up the thunder thigh level...

deep sleep after lunch today... relaxed from the massage in the morning till quite engorged with milk... had to wake up to pump... lil'tiger is taking in more milk... had to take him in the room last night as the living romm is just too warm... daddy was the happiest to be back in the air0con bedroom...

grobaby giveaway on the cloth whisperer... the things is i've got grobaby shells ready for the lil'tiger, but yet to have the soakers prepped for wearing... he was only 3.02kg ie 6pounds10 when born... all the cloth diapers looks so huge on him... mil had resorted to muslin squares from pureen before lil'tiger was admitted for jaundice, in order to monitor his urine output...impossible to do with dispo... so had used grobaby as a outer shell over those muslin...
reckon its a good start to cd-ing...
autumz's milk storage bag - 50 pieces at rm26+ from angie's shop... gonna try to get it tomorrow as she is now on vacation... running out of storage containers now... had lil'rpincess taking more than 20oz/day t help clear up the stock on the fridge...as the lil'tiger is still a small eater... wanna more ikea's glass bottles - raftan, but no one is going there today.help to get and post it to mie... avent's via cups are just too expansive... hmmm...
wonder if cheche will put on weight with all the breastmilk???
she had demanded to suckle at the breast as well like her brother... did let her do so with machi looking on... she was saying how fortunate lil'princess is to be able to get so much breastmilk and still do so now her brother is out...
lil'girl been having loose stool since taking mummy's breastmilk... de-tox...
we're getting better at breastfeeding now...
less painful on the lactch-on too...
lil'tiger tend to mess his cheeks with milk and also leaks onto the bed... so had to have a hanky on the surface... at least he was fast asleep after this 4 pm feeding session and no need top-up of bm by the bottle...lets see how long he'll last with the milk he took from the breast...

he had got the community nurse visited him this morning... weighed at 3.4kg, but at dr hwang's he's only 3.1kg... slow increase, but at least increase... good...
machi and bapak too him to island, leaving lil'princess at home with mie...
now machi's out to mr goh's place for lil'tiger's readings...
mie am aching all over from the massage... find it hard to fall asleep as feeling stiff and the pain over the limbs...shima reckon its from the big preggy belly as well as much walking about during pregnancy...
graveyard shift babysitter...
daddy had become nightshift babysitter... he had to sleep on the sofabed with baby crib in the living room, as lil'tiger was complaining of the cold air-con room few days ago... daddy slept thru the night instead!!!
lil'tiger was fed by aunty jane, machi fed him in her room, mie fed in after expression at 5am, then yaya fed him at 7am plus after he started crying... hmmmm...

lil'tiger was sleepy thru the night... worry... again...
had daddy buy the 'batang kunyit/oui kee' from the chinese medical store for lil'tiger to bath in order to reduce his jaundice level further... lucky after his bath, seemed way more alert for longer period already... whew...
shima is a distant cousin of ana... 3 days total for urut/7 days if affordable...
adviced to cover up legs with long pants/sarong and long sleeved tops to reduce body 'wind'...
feel so nice after the session...

pain at certain parts of the body with stiffness...
jane and joyce came... jane staying over for weekend as have work in bayan lepas this weekend...
they are now out to macd with lil'princess...

did not manage to see lil'tiger in the afternoon visit... just fed/slept and under the photo... will try to see him later this evening again...

told his intake is 3-4oz by spoon feed... good news...

fm nursing pads had all gone disfigured after one washing... the cotton surface stick to the nipples... ouch ouch...

fos... 2 newborn rompers for lil'tiger and 2 banana republic white spaghetti for mie...
milk production going on schedule... now onto mature milk with 2-3 hourly expression... nipples junctions are sore from the pump also saw a lesion each on nipple damage from shallow latch... likely from engorged areolar complex region when tiger was trying to feed earlier b4 admitted...

day 5 post partum!!!....and lil'tiger's admitted for NNJ....

lil'tiger was born on 26th march 2010 at 12.25pm in island hospital!!!
been busy with him... milking milking milking.... every 2-3 hrs...

hahaa... out to island by 10.30am... admitted... pumped bm in nursery using medela hosp-grade pump... great... picked up lil'princess... gone home to pick up remainding ebm... went back to island's nursing room... went for porridge in town... looked to coleman's... stop at giant... stop at pancake's shop...
new coleman's insulated box... rm 50 from chinatown's fishing shop... the one ordered from rita is still sitting in kl - her staff forgot! sending only today...nanee... sigh...
major breastmilk leaking at 2pm and 5pm - shortly b4 arriving at doorsteps... drenched the nursing pad and the dress twice badly...lucky the dress is not plain!
love the mothercare's nursing bra... worth the money, good support and coverage over engorged breast... thinking getting another pair in beige/black... maybe ina smaller size too... must wait for 3 months for sizing again...
lots washing machi did...
had machi put him on traditional lampin... covered with the covers i have in stash, so far only used the 2 grobaby's, 1 red mmk - quite nice...
too bad ...he's in hospital now... missing him already!
